Tuscola’s Joe’s pizza has been an important part of the town downtown scene since its opening in 2017.
“It’s like you are expecting,” said Sarah Vitterle. “Like a small town, downtown restaurants. We had the opportunity to go nearby (Identity Expressway 57), but in the end we wanted to feel the community, and I downtown it. I feel like it has become.
Sarah and her husband, Tony, praise the faithful staff as an important factor in the success of the restaurant over the past seven years. It is common to see employees (often high school students and university students) until they move to start their choice career.
“I’m very happy that there is no need to train new staff,” said Sara Vitage. “We were really fortunate to have people with us recently. We know what we are gaining with them. We are good with our customers, We were lucky.
And don’t think of Joe’s thing connected to a restaurant with the same name in Paris.
“Of course, our pizza is really good,” said Sara Vitage. “We probably sell more pasta and sandwiches than pizza. We make sources from zero. Our fettin Alfred seems to love.”
