College Station, Texas -A new luxury student housing project has been announced at the College Station.
Located opposite Texas A & M, it is located in a College Vinal and university driving, once a Hurricane Harry and other business homes.
The first of the three planned student housing is located in 313 Colrege Avenue. The building exceeds 750,000 square feet, has a height of 7 floors, and has more than 300 apartments of various sizes.
According to the press release sent to KBTX, the apartment is combined with a studio and a unit of 1-6 bedrooms, and offers a total of 953 beds.
There is also a 7 -story parking garage with more than 750 parking space. Additional parking lots are planned separately for future retail and student housing projects.
The rendering of the 10 -acres plot indicates that businesses such as McDonald’s and octopus bells along the university Avenue remain in touch. No specific space saved by other businesses, such as chipotle or Schlotzsky’s, is not displayed.
Kristen Hendrix, a media contact information of Lv Collective, states that the first building under construction in 313 College Ave does not affect Chipotle and Schlotzsky.
KBTX talked to A & M students who were worried about losing restaurants frequently.
“I’m really sad. Everyone knows that they love this chipotre. It’s a great place, and you can walk from the campus. You can eat a lot. Adit Dayal riding a bicycle with the entire campus just for chipotle.
Another student, Schlavan Sudish, says that it supports growth. “Considering how much A & M has grown so far, I feel that it is a kind of need, but I do not know how it feels about replacing it with Chipotre.”
The larger Legacy Point Master Plan is to provide 2,800 -bed student housing, along with over 50,000 square -footed fits, entertainment, restaurants, and outdoor spaces.

This first part of this project is expected to be completed by the fall of 2027, in time for the 2027/2028 grade.
