“I want to make people strong, healthy and youthful. It works with the best abilities as possible,” La said.
As a Medical director of SPA, Lahr provides IV injection, botox, vitamin injection, and medical weight loss. She explained that medical weight loss includes drugs that help fat burning, but also includes drugs that deal with nutrition and exercise recommendations.
“My goal is to keep the patient healthy for a long time and promote sustainable lifestyle changes for a lifetime,” she said.
Strehlow is trained in micronidles, chemical skins, basic facials, custom facials, and advanced skin treatments provided by C & C Luxury Med Spa and wellness clinic.

New business owners find fun surprises in Perham
The two women have decided to pursue business ownership after chatting about how the services they provide will bring benefits to local residents.
“We wanted to open and operate a business within five years,” said Ra. “It takes less than a year.”
Their business landed in Perham for friendly connections. A common friend told them that they were once sold to a dentist’s office. The two looked at it and saw that all rooms had water. This is a necessity for their spa. The two were looking at some other places in the area, and all of those buildings would have needed large -scale renovation.
“We came and saw it and noticed that it was perfect,” said Ra.
Instead of focusing on the renovation of building infrastructure, these two can focus on aesthetics.
“We put luxury in the title for the reason,” said Ra.
Strehlow has added that their goals create an atmosphere to provide the client a momentary escape from the noise of life.
“We want people to come here and relax completely, mentally and emotionally,” she said.
While he was calm, Rah and Strello said that the Perham business community and the city officials were pleased. They were treated with kindness and support, and even visited by the Perham Chamber of Commerce.
“When I went to a room meeting, I was blown away,” said Ra. “I had a lot of opportunities and programs that holy smoke provided to support SMEs. That’s really surprising. This was a place where we open a business. I was happy.
