The construction of a luxury car storage facility in Plano, which provides various amenities to sports car owners, is scheduled to start this year.
The company’s news releases have revealed that the company’s home -based luxury car garage company Maranero is planning to start the construction of a facility called the “Special Lifestyle Venue for Luxury Sports Car owners”.

According to the release, the 200,000 square -foot facility is located on the northeast corner of the Ohio drive and Maple Shade Lane, and will start construction work within the next few months. The garage will be operated completely by next spring.
The gorgeous garage space with 79 rooms called the “Garage Condiminium” has two floors with a glass garage door. This space includes a two -story lounge area and an outdoor event space of 60,000 square feet in the center of the building.
The Plano City Council approved the project in October.
