A new auto garage facility in Plano is poised to redefine what home means to Ferrari and Lamborghini.
Luxury car maintenance company Maranello is planning a development specifically for sports car owners, according to a statement. The new facility, which will break ground in the coming months, will offer “condominiums” ranging from 1,000 square feet to 2,000 square feet on the ground floor, with a steel mezzanine and fully-equipped staircase.
Michael Horrigan, CEO of Maranello, said: “With all garages facing the building, our members are weather independent and can visit with other collectors all year round. ” he said. “We are creating a lifestyle destination where serious car collectors can bond and build a true community.”
Units range in price from $600,000 to $1.35 million and come with epoxy-finished floors. Car owners can also expand their personal suite by combining adjacent condos.
Horrigan is a Dallas real estate developer and motorsports enthusiast. The venue is open to members year-round and hosts car shows and special events. Approximately 20% of the items are already sold out.
The facility comes amid a growing population and popular business climate in North Texas, where locals are accustomed to seeing luxury cars. Dallas is home to more than 68,600 billionaires, making it the sixth-wealthiest city in the United States, according to Henley & Partners. The city is also ranked among cities like Dubai, Seoul, and Mumbai globally.

In the new facility, each garage condo will feature app-controlled heating and cooling and glass garage doors that open internally. The site will feature a 13,000 square foot two-story lounge and a 60,000 square foot outdoor area for public and private events.
The new site is located at the northeast corner of Ohio Drive and Maple Shade Lane. The facility measures 200,000 square feet and is located on over 11 acres of land. It is scheduled to be operational by spring 2026.
