DALLAS, Jan. 22, 2025 (Globe Newswire) — Plano-based luxury auto garage company Maranello has plans for its first facility in Texas designed exclusively for sports car owners with indoor-facing garage condos. Announced. The project, conceived by Dallas real estate developer and motorsports enthusiast Michael Horrigan, aims to provide an unparalleled experience for luxury sports car owners united by a passion for racing and collecting cars and motorcycles. The purpose is The venue is open to members year-round and hosts car shows and special events.
The 200,000-square-foot facility, located in Plano at the northeast corner of Ohio Drive and Maple Shade Lane, near the George W. Bush Turnpike, will sit on more than 11 acres of land. This prime location is just 20 minutes from Highland Park, University Park, and major Dallas/Fort Worth airports. Construction of this luxurious space is expected to begin in the coming months and be fully operational by spring 2026.

All garages face the building, so it’s weather-neutral and our members can hang out with other collectors year-round. The luxury auto garage will feature 79 ground-floor garage condos ranging from 1,000 square feet to 2,000 square feet. Each condo has a steel mezzanine and staircase, allowing owners to build the garage of their dreams. Each garage condo will be equipped with app-controlled HVAC and a glass garage door that opens into the interior of the property.
The facility is designed for both public and private events, with a 13,000 square foot two-story lounge and a 60,000 square foot outdoor concurso located in the center of the building. “This is going to be the premier location for a car show in Texas,” Horrigan said.
