MILAN — Fendi is doubling down on its use of luxury real estate with a new residential project in Aventura, Florida.
The luxury waterfront complex, called Avenir, was created in partnership with real estate firm Vertical Developments and will include 22 homes overlooking the South Florida coast.
It is expected to be completed by the first half of 2027.
“This project represents an important new chapter for Fendi Casa in the field of interior design. With prestigious projects becoming world-famous, we are committed to contributing to this development and combining Italian mastery and eternal modernity. We are excited to bring this unique blend of luxury to Aventura, Florida,” said Alberto da Passano, CEO of Fendi Casa. “Each detail at Avenir has been meticulously selected to create an environment that reflects the essence of Fendi Casa, seamlessly integrated into the beauty of its natural backdrop. We look forward to setting a new standard for sophisticated living in our community.”
The mixed-use construction project was led by Miami-based firm Kobi Karp and landscape architecture firm L&ND Design and includes 50,000 square feet of green space divided between linear parks and outdoor vertical gardens. I did. Avenir has applied for LEED-Silver certification.
The residential units were designed in collaboration with The One Atelier. The apartments measure 3,500 square feet and are defined by sinuous, arched architectural elements and materials such as wood paneling, travertine stone, and quartz for the kitchen countertops. Each luxury housing unit has three to four bedrooms, walk-in closets, spa bathrooms, and is equipped with smart home technology.
Units are priced from $5 million and include access to a variety of amenities including a library, fitness center with Pilates and yoga studio, spa center, game room, and salon for private events, as well as a marina. The complex has a rooftop pool and private cabanas.
“We are excited to partner with Fendi Casa to launch a project that redefines modern luxury living with expansive indoor and outdoor spaces in Aventura, Florida,” Vertical Developments said Fernando de Nuñez y Lugones, CEO and Partner. The company recently partnered with Armani Group, along with other local real estate developers, to build the oceanfront Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach, also in South Florida.
“Our partnership captures the essence of the project’s sophisticated environment: curation of amenity areas, walkability to key attractions, reflective ocean, expansive marina slips, golf course views, and more. ” — elevating the lifestyle of boutique living. “We are confident that Avenir will be the epitome of exclusivity for Aventura’s discerning buyers,” he said.
This is not the first residential project led by Fendi Casa. Other units include the Fendi Private Residence in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, and the Podo Private Residence in Seoul, which features interior design provided by Fendi Casa in collaboration with architect Dominique Perrault.
Last year, the Italian brand announced the construction of two luxury penthouses to grace Miami’s sculptural Gem Private Residences tower. This marks developer Naftali Group’s first property in Miami. The penthouses, named Gem Sky Villas, will each be priced from $8 million and are expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
