Outgoing IAC CEO Joey Levin and SoFI Technologies CEO Anthony Noto have been appointed to the Warner Bros. Discovery board of directors.
Mr. Noto will join the Board of Directors on January 8th and Mr. Levine will join the Board of Directors on February 1st. Both will stand for election by the company’s shareholders at the 2025 annual general meeting.
This addition follows the announcement that Howl’s CEO Lee Haslett-Chen will resign from the board effective January 31st.
Following the appointment, WBD’s board will include 13 directors, 12 of whom are independent.

IAC announced Monday that Joey Levin will be leaving IAC following the spinoff of its home services platform Angi. He will become Angi’s executive chairman, working alongside CEO Jeff Kipp. Mr. Levin had served as CEO of IAC since 2015.
Mr. Noto has been the CEO of financial company SoFI since 2018. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Twitter, Inc., Co-Head of Global TMT Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs & Co., and Chief Financial Officer of the National Football League since 2008. 2010.
