West Babylon’s Gabrielle Radow turned the News 12 studio into a holiday picnic. Gabriel is the owner of Long Island Luxury Picnics. She creates all the magic from tables, blankets, pillows, and tableware. “The colors are bold and the decor is flashy. I like to make it look big or go home.”
Gabriel has always wanted to own his own business, and that dream came true in August 2023. “I happened to see an ad on Instagram that said the business was for sale,” Gabriel said. “I met the previous owner, we hit it off, bought the business from her, and started in earnest.”
Since she took over the house, she has been surprising Long Islanders on special days. “It’s an honor. When I see people stand up, a lot of them start crying. It’s shocking to witness a marriage proposal, but it’s also very special. I’m happy to be a part of it. It’s a once in a lifetime moment.” ”
No matter the distance, Gabriel travels to make every dream come true. “I’ve been as far east as East Hampton and as far west as Manhattan. I travel upstate, even Jersey. I’ll go anywhere.”
