Lake Tahoe ranked 10th on the list. U.S. News cited the lake’s stunning scenery and blue water as reasons for its top ranking. The news organization also named Tahoe as one of North America’s best ski destinations, world-class shopping locations and a place full of outdoor recreation and gaming opportunities.
Las Vegas ranked 28th on the list. This is due to our resort spa, world-class entertainment, luxury boutiques, and gourmet restaurants. U.S. News also mentioned outdoor recreation opportunities in Southern Nevada, including ATV tours and hiking around Red Rock.
