For perhaps the first time all season, the San Francisco 49ers are getting some good news due to injuries that will put them out of action ahead of their Thursday Night Football tilt against the Los Angeles Rams at Levi’s Stadium.
Prior to this positive news, the 49ers announced six inactive players on Thursday night, including All-Pro left tackle Trent Williams and rookie safety Malik Mustafa. New running back Israel Abanikananda is also on the suspended list, along with QB Joshua Dobbs, DL Khalil Davis, and CB Roc Yassin.

The 49ers defense officially returns Nick Bosa and Dre Greenlaw tonight against the Rams.
49ers rookie RB Isaac Guerendo is also officially active.

The 49ers will have defensive stars Dre Greenlaw and Nick Bosa back, while having to figure out how to deal with the Rams being without Williams and Mustafa.
In addition to the long-awaited return of Bosa and Greenlaw, the 49ers will also see dynamic running back Isaac Guerend on the field Thursday. Gerendo has been making a lot of noise since his performance against the Bears last week. The rookie running back is suffering from a sprained foot.
The 49ers kick off Thursday night against the Rams at 5:20 p.m. PT.
