BALTIMORE — Construction is expected to begin soon on a six-story apartment complex in Cross Keys Village off Falls Road in north Baltimore.
The project, called Sanctuary at Cross Keys, will have a total of 331 units, Questar Properties announced, and financing for the project just closed.
