Trader Joe’s has long been known for its iconic cheese selection, and the chain recently hit shelves with Truffle Burrata for $5.99 per 8-ounce tub. The creamy curd acts as the perfect blanket to cover the handful of black truffles, creating a delicious combination of milky and savory umami flavors.
You can melt this truffled burrata on homemade pizza, eat it fresh on a Capri salad, or stuff it into a chicken sandwich.
When Instagram account @trader_joes_treasure_hunt posted about the launch and said it “melts in your mouth,” shoppers shared in the comments how much they were enjoying this limited-time product. One person said this cheese was “sinfully delicious!” Meanwhile, another user shared their excitement: “I’m about to scream I love this.”
