WASHINGTON Twp. The Zoning Commission recommended approval of the site’s rezoning and Phase 1 development plan on Nov. 19. The township Board of Supervisors approved these measures on Monday.
The Mill Creek development would also require a full second-stage review by both the township’s zoning commission, which would make a recommendation to the board, and the board, which would then approve or deny the application.
“Once the final development plan is submitted and approved, construction will begin in spring 2025,” Trangenstein said. “No construction can begin until final plans are presented and approved.”
