Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades is the only hospital rating system specifically focused on preventable medical errors, infections, and injuries that claim more than 500 patient lives in the United States every day. This peer-reviewed program is completely transparent, free and available to the public, and is updated twice a year, in the fall and spring.
