LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A luxury gym brand from actor and producer Mark Wahlberg is coming to downtown Summerlin.
MUNICIPAL GYM, powered by EoS Fitness, will take over the 32,000 square foot space previously occupied by Bed Bath & Beyond at the south end of the shopping complex.
This will be the first location of MUNICIPAL GYM, which is scheduled to open by 2026.
Wahlberg said the gym will be a place where “luxury meets serious fitness.”

Equipment and amenities include cryotherapy, compression therapy, infrared sauna, eucalyptus steam room, cold plunge, red light therapy, cooling towels, and premium training towels.
