Jordan Childs joins a star-studded list of athletes this week as one of the newest faces of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit.
The newspaper revealed on Monday that the 23-year-old Olympic gymnast will be featured in the 2025 SI Swimsuit issue.
In a new photo by photographer Ben Houghton, the Oregon native poses in a chic blue one-piece swimsuit with stylish cut-out details.
Chiliz’s long hair blows in the wind and we get a glimpse of her tattoos in this aerial shot above the luxury resort of Boca Raton.
In addition to the Chileans, this issue also features sprinter Gabby Thomas, gymnast Suni Lee, golfer Nelly Korda, skier Eileen Gu, swimmer Ali Truewitt and surfer Caroline. Many other famous female athletes are also featured, including Marks.
SI Swimsuit Editor-in-Chief MJ Day said in a statement: “We’re excited to begin the 2025 issue filming season with an exceptional lineup of strong female athletes.” “This remarkable group of Olympic medalists, world champions and record holders embodies the next generation of all-stars who are ready to transform the world of sports.”
“They defy stereotypes, champion equality, and inspire young girls to envision themselves as both athletes and leaders,” the statement continued. “At SI Swimsuit, we have always celebrated the future of women, and what better way to celebrate these incredible achievements than by featuring them in the pages of this issue.”
Chile made her first Olympic appearance at the 2020 Tokyo Games, and further cemented her stardom as a member of the gold-medal-winning US women’s team at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Her appearance in Sports Illustrated follows another milestone. It made its debut at New York Fashion Week and walked the runway at Kim Shui’s Spring 2025 ready-to-wear show in September.
