Democratic Rep. Jared Moskowitz said Friday that he received a tip from local Florida police about a “possible plot” against his life and was told that an armed man had been arrested not far from his home. .
“The day before the election, I was notified by Margate Police Station, in my parliamentary district, of a possible plot against my life,” he said in a statement. “The person in question was arrested not far from my home.
