Bradley currently serves as Director of Human Resources Business Partnerships at CentraCare. She and her team support regional markets in central Minnesota and the acute care department at St. Cloud Hospital, where strategic partnerships with operational leaders improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. She has a long history of volunteer leadership within the West Central Minnesota SHRM Chapter, serving in a variety of roles including chapter president, president-elect, treasurer, membership director, and most recently as past president and chapter advisor .
Her leadership skills, volunteer support, and commitment to human development have contributed greatly to the growth of human resources professionals both in Alexandria and the surrounding area.
