During a rally in Aurora, Colorado, former President Donald Trump called for the death penalty “for immigrants who kill American citizens and law enforcement officers.”
The comments came after he announced the launch of the federal government’s Operation Aurora to “facilitate the elimination of brutal gangs”.
“I’m going to invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798,” he added.
According to the Brennan Center for Justice, the law gives the government powers of detention and deportation, which poses an “alarming risk of abuse and rights violations in both wartime and peacetime.”
President Trump said he would use the law to “target and dismantle every immigrant criminal network operating on American soil.”
The rally came after President Trump on Thursday disparaged the entire city of Detroit, Michigan, and warned that if his Democratic rival wins the November election, the entire country could descend into “chaos” like Motor City. However, such a promotion is unlikely to be popular with local residents. It has already caused a huge backlash among voters.
Meanwhile, former President Barack Obama delivered a heated speech in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, during the campaign, criticizing the character of Republicans and mocking their “constant attempts to sell us things,” from gold sneakers to branded Bibles. She gave a muffled speech in which she defended Harris’ candidacy for president.

President Trump says ‘enemy within’ is a bigger threat than China or Russia
President Trump has argued that the “enemy within” poses a greater threat to the United States than China or Russia.
“It’s the enemy from within, all the scum that hates the country that we have to deal with. It’s a bigger enemy than China or Russia,” he said.
“Americans live in fear every day, and it’s all because Kamala Harris decided to empty the slums and prison cells of Caracas and many other places,” President Trump said.
He added, “Prison populations around the world are decreasing. Crime around the world is decreasing because they are funneling criminals, gang members, and drug dealers from all over the world into the United States. Because there is.”

President Trump says Colorado needs to be ‘flipped’ in November
President Trump said Colorado needs to “flip” into Republican hands in the November election. The last Republican to win the state at the presidential level was George W. Bush in 2004.
“That’s why I’m here…I’m not here for my health,” President Trump said.
“I can be with beautiful beaches all over the world. I could be in Monte Carlo. I could be all over the world… and where would I be? I’m in Aurora right now, and there is where I want to be,” he added.

Even Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Republican colleagues are outraged by her ‘stupid young people’ hurricane conspiracy
The House Republican has been debunked by her colleague Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and her bizarre false claim that Democrats “control the weather” following recent hurricane damage in the southeastern United States. He is becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the claims.
The MAGA agitator from Georgia has doubled down on her conspiracy, speculating that even fellow party members “need a head exam.”
Green claimed online last week that “they” could control the weather after Hurricane Helen killed more than 20 people in the state, totaling more than 230 people. On Wednesday, she doubled down and clarified that she was referring to government agencies, including NOAA.
