WORCESTER, Mass. – The Holy Cross football team won a Patriot League game 1-0 and the Crusaders host Fordham on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 1 p.m., with the game broadcast live on Spectrum News 1.
The Crusaders are coming off a 38-7 win over Colgate, but to maintain this momentum they need to play as a team and give everyone their full effort.
“We really have to go out there and put our team game together,” defensive end Christian Ross said. “And just make sure everyone individually does all their jobs to go out there and win and be successful.”
“I think everyone has to play their 11th part,” strong safety Ryan Ruane said. “If everyone continues to do their job and do their job, I think we will be successful.”
“Run the ball, obviously we have to take advantage of the game,” offensive lineman Cam McNair said. “We want to see No. 31 in the end zone, No. 26, of course, the players, we have to pass the ball. We’re going to do a little bit of everything. We want to make plays. We have to get a manufacturer’ ball. ”
Holy Cross is 2-4 overall. Fordham, 0-6.
