The long-awaited mobile app featuring “Swoon by SLH” has been announced. . The new products are designed to provide an elevated experience for loyal fans and demonstrate SLH’s commitment to personalized luxury.
SLH Club Renewal
Formerly known as INVITED, new users can join the revamped SLH Club starting today, while existing invited members will be automatically migrated. SLH Club is free, and independent-minded members can start earning benefits right from their first hotel stay. This redesign is a direct result of listening to our valued members. Their feedback resulted in a simplified three-tier structure carefully curated to enrich the guest’s stay. This allows members to confidently prioritize their selection of luxury boutique properties, knowing their experience will be enhanced.
*The new SLH Club Tier System is structured as follows:
Club 01: Entry-level level available for stays of 0 to 3 nights. Members enjoy flexible check-in/check-out and access to preferential club rates. Additionally, SLH has partnered with TreeNation to plant two trees each night you book. Club 02: Available for stays of 4 to 12 nights. Members enjoy all the benefits of Club 01, plus more, including complimentary continental breakfast, room upgrades, priority access to SLH Flash Sale bonus rates (available on new apps only), and special offers from our partners. A sleek new mobile app will soon be released on October 24th. The new digital tool provides SLH guests with a seamless and fast booking process and innovative features such as integrated route guidance. SLH Club members also have easy access to loyalty information, downloadable membership cards, and view all past reservations.

With so many amazing facilities and experiences to choose from, SLH guests can delve deep into the new digital magazine Swoon by SLH to immerse themselves in SLH’s soulful world of hotels. Fascinating hotel reviews and Facetimes with SLH’s maverick hotel owners are just a few of the things this digital and annual print magazine offers. The limited edition print edition will also be available at select SLH hotels around the world from November, while loyal Club 03 members will also receive a copy.
