Elizabeth Adams has been named chief customer officer at Entergy.
Adams joined the company in 2015 and has held a variety of positions across legal, innovation and operations functions. She most recently served as Vice President of Systems Planning and Operations. Prior to joining Entergy, Mr. Adams practiced law in private firms in Louisiana and Texas, with a focus on public utility law.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Notre Dame, a law degree from the University of Notre Dame School of Law, and a master’s degree in environmental law, energy law, and international arbitration from the University of Texas.
Baton Rouge
Connie P. Fabre has been named president and CEO of the Louisiana Construction Education Foundation.
Mr. Fabre serves as Chairman and CEO of the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance, which serves as the governing body for LCEF.
The collaboration of the two organizations provides new opportunities to fund educational programs in the construction field.
The Louisiana Construction Education Foundation was founded in 2009 and has donated more than $1 million, including $100,000 in scholarships through Jump Start Construction Connect Scholars. Jump Start puts students through a full-time construction training program in the summer or fall after earning their high school diploma.

Jackie M. Marve has joined Breezeale, Sachs & Wilson as a general counsel.
Marwe’s practice focuses on environmental law. She has worked for the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality for more than 33 years, handling complex permitting issues and litigation.
She earned her law degree from Southern University Law Center. Marv has taught courses on environmental hazards at LSU’s Coastal Environmental College.

Dr. Thomas Marsden has joined Our Lady of the Lake Cancer Institute as a thoracic surgeon.
Marsden sees patients at Lake Chest Clinics in Baton Rouge and Gonzales. We also perform surgeries at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and Our Lady of the Lake Ascension.
He received his undergraduate degree from LSU and his medical degree from LSU Shreveport School of Medicine. Marsden completed his cardiothoracic surgery residency at the University of Kentucky, Lexington.

Gabi Bonvillein has been hired as Director of Sponsored Projects at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center.
Mr. Bonvillain most recently served as manager of research services at the LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
