Health Net’s Ambetter to provide health insurance to 10 California counties in 2025
California residents will have access to a variety of affordable plans from Ambetter from Health Net during the open enrollment period beginning November 1st.
SACRAMENTO, Calif., Oct. 2, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Health Net Ambetter. This is a product of Centene Corporation (NYSE:CNC), which provides insurance to the underinsured and uninsured through Covered California. The Exchange plans to offer a variety of affordable health insurance plans to Californians in the 2025 plan year. Open enrollment in Covered California will run from November 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025. If you register by December 31, 2024, insurance will apply from January. January 1, 2025 and January 31, 2025 for coverage beginning February 1, 2025.

Virtual 24/7 Care offers Ambetter-designated licensed providers via telemedicine to help members access care from home for illnesses such as the flu, skin conditions, ear infections, fevers, and respiratory infections. . Convenient online registration
Through the Ambetter from Health Net website, people can browse and compare coverage options, determine eligibility for financial assistance, and enroll directly in coverage, all in one place. The platform can be accessed from mobile devices, so you can register using your smartphone. If you cannot complete the registration at once, the system will save your progress and display a reminder to complete the registration. My Health Pays
My Health Pays® is available to Ambetter’s Health Net and Health Net members ages 18 and older, and you can earn up to $422 per calendar year. Points can be redeemed at the My Health Pays® online rewards store. Incentives can only be used for utilities, telecommunications, transportation, education, rent, and childcare. My Health Pays benefits cannot be used to pay for health insurance premiums or cost-sharing. Points and funds will be lost if a Member’s account is terminated or the Member is no longer enrolled in an Ambetter Plan.
