A statue depicting a naked Donald Trump has been labeled “deplorable” by Republicans after it was displayed near Las Vegas.
A 43-foot-tall nude portrait of the former US president has been displayed on land off a highway in Nevada.
It is unclear who is behind the statue, and the Nevada Republican Party said it “strongly condemns this deplorable statue.”
“While the family is driving through Las Vegas, they are forced to watch this aggressive marionette, who is intentionally designed to shock rather than meaningful conversation. It’s designed,” he added.

A spokesperson for the anonymous artist behind the work said the installation is called “Crooked and Obscene.”
They told local television station KSNV that the statue is “43 feet tall, 10 feet wide…weighs 6,000 pounds, and is made of foam on top of rebar,” and that it is intended to “spark conversation.” He added that there is.
The statue is expected to be removed by Monday night and moved to “key battleground states,” the spokesperson added.
