Global version
Golf Ireland is delighted that the Government has announced €230 million in grants for sports clubs and facilities as part of the second phase of the Community Sports Facilities Fund.
A total of €11,423,015 has been donated to golf clubs as part of the largest investment in Irish sporting history.
Golf Ireland will support clubs through customized sessions designed to ensure they are prepared for the launch of the Regional Facilities Fund and provide clubs with key information to make an application. We were happy to support your application.
Golf Ireland’s development and club support teams also continue to support clubs to increase participation, improve sustainability practices and ensure they are inclusive and fair. These are all important factors to demonstrate when making a successful application to this fund.
“This funding is another huge boost for sporting facilities across Ireland. Golf Ireland CEO Mark Kennelly said: “This funding is another huge boost for sporting facilities across Ireland. We are grateful to the Government and Sport Ireland for making the investment that will ensure we have the facilities we need.
