Newark Liberty International Airport is set to open an expanded car rental facility early next year adjacent to the airport’s Terminal A, which is set to officially open in 2022.
The service is set to be expanded early next year by SIXT USA, a subsidiary of Germany-based Sixt SE, which also has facilities in Jersey City at Newport Center, Times Square in Manhattan, and at JFK and LaGuardia airports.
As part of its expansion in the U.S., SIXT USA said in a press release that it plans to open a new location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on October 14. SIXT has multiple luxury car brands in its rental fleet, including several BMWs.
