Luxury Cruise Lines Regent Seven Seas has completed the rollout of Starlink Internet on six of its cruise ships. The cruise line will provide unlimited Wi-Fi to guests at no extra cost.
Regent Seven Seas is owned by Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, which has announced plans to roll out Starlink across its brands. April 2023.
The cruise line announced the launch on Tuesday and said the high-speed connection will allow passengers to share photos and videos and stream movies on board.
“As the leader in all-inclusive ultra-luxury cruising, the introduction of Starlink Wi-Fi across our ships not only enhances our guests’ ability to communicate with loved ones back home, but also supports the operational needs and service of our ships,” said Andrea DeMarco, president, Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
