Five months after announcing her separation from husband Sacha Baron Cohen, Isla Fisher has put her luxury mansion up for sale.
The 48-year-old former “Home and Away” actress said in April that she and the Ali G creator, 52, who she shares three children with, and who have not been seen in public, had jointly filed for divorce in 2023.
The Sydney Woollahra apartment she bought while she was a soap opera actress in 1995 has been listed for sale for $1 million.
According to Mail Online, Ira is set to make a profit of $828,500 on the property, having purchased it in the ’90s for $171,500.
Located on the edge of Centennial Park, the two bedroom, one bathroom flat.
JK Agency is set to inspect the property, which is scheduled to be auctioned on September 28.
Ayla and Sasha, who has an estimated net worth of $160 million thanks to hits such as Borat, met in 2001 and married nine years later.
They moved from Los Angeles to Sydney in 2020, then relocated to Perth in 2021, where Ira’s family lives.
It was reported that the move was difficult for Sasha due to his work in Hollywood.
The former couple announced in April that they planned to quietly separate in 2023.
“After more than 20 years of competing in a long tennis match, we have finally decided to put down our rackets,” Ayla said in an online statement, which also included photos of her and Sasha in tennis gear.
