The second phase of stylish, fully-furnished luxury Dallas Irby apartments is now available for rent in the trendy Design District.
Arby’s will enter the Dallas market in 2022 with the first of three 27-story towers with 383 apartments at 1930 Highline Drive. Arby’s officials announced last month that leasing is underway for a second tower with 365 apartments. The third tower is planned for a 4-acre site near Stemmons Freeway and Oak Lawn Avenue overlooking Turtle Creek.
The $98 million project is a joint venture between Arby’s founder and CEO David Barry and Brookfield Properties, who is the man behind a number of high-profile properties, including the Standard East Village in Manhattan, the Chiltern Firehouse in London and the W Hotel in Hoboken, New Jersey.
“Dallas Urby represents our commitment to redefining urban living with future-oriented design and community at its core,” Barry told CandysDirt.com. “This new phase continues to reflect our vision of creating a blend of convenience, connection and lifestyle at the heart of the Dallas Design District.”
Dallas Design District and Dallas Arby’s Amenities
Don’t miss the Design District, a chic neighborhood in Dallas known for its art dealers, fashionable furniture showrooms, textile stores, and local pubs and eateries.
Dallas Urby perfectly fits this mix. It was designed by Amsterdam-based Concrete Architects and local Dallas architects 5G Studio Collaborative, known for their striking landscaping and original design. Internationally recognized designer Eliane Le Roux of Bureau Bas Smets designed new amenities and social spaces, including a stylish work-from-home study and a unique speakeasy. The new public restaurant space will complement the existing Meteor Café and its expanded outdoor dining area.
Dallas Irby’s Phase 2
The new phase will offer one- and two-bedroom layouts starting at $2,280 per month. The complex features every amenity you can imagine, including a fitness center, yoga studio, landscaped courtyard, prismatic pool, dog park, pet grooming station, barbecue grills, and fire pits. You’ll feel like you’re living in a luxury hotel, except you’ll have to make your own bed.
Located at the intersection of Highline Drive and Trinity Strand Trail, Dallas Irby offers easy access to 2.5 miles of urban trails along Turtle Creek and will eventually connect to the Katy Trail.
