MARQUETT, Michigan (WLUC) – Nearly 100 residential units are coming to Marquette this summer.
The North Harbor Residence is a condominium development currently being built at the northwest corner of Lakeshore Boulevard and Holy Street. All three buildings offer direct views of Lake Superior, allowing residents to enjoy the 500-foot private beach entrance.
Re/Max First Realty Broker/owner Fran Sevegney says the condo is stylish, spacious and high quality.
“The quality of construction here is something we’ve never seen,” Severgny said. “We look forward to delivering such a great product.”
Cross general contractor is handling the project. Project manager Andrew Plumer says almost every worker in the crew comes from the Marquette area. He says the focus is on providing luxury condominiums without cutting corners for workers.
“This is a really great, high quality build here,” says Plomer. “Everyone has a lot of passion for doing a good job here.”
Sevegney hopes that all 98 units will be ready for residents this summer.
