META Development plans to build a five-story, 36-condominium luxury community in Brickell, with construction expected to begin in September 2025.
The developer purchased land at 1870 Brickell Avenue and is currently under contract to acquire an adjacent parcel at 1880 Brickell Avenue. META will build the project on the combined land and purchase it for $21 million. Condominium prices are expected to start at $2.5 million.
META, which has a satellite office in Brazil, is also developing OPUS, a 14-unit luxury condominium community in Coconut Grove scheduled to open in 2026. Brazil’s OSPA Architecture and Urbanism will design the Brickell project.
